Starting the first day Laser Flash opened in 2002, we have received compliments from our guests about the quality of our customer service and the cleanliness of our facility. Laser Flash has always strived to be a fun and healthy place for adults and families to gather. Socializing is THE essential ingredient in our fun. The human race was designed to be social. We will all continue to have fun and be social with renewed awareness of safety.
Each person, both guests and employees, have the primary responsibility for your own safety and health.
1. If you or someone in your group feels ill, please stay home.
2. Practice good personal hygiene. Wash your hands.
What We Have Done
We Were The First To Close. Laser Flash suspended operations on Friday, March 13th, four days before any other amusement and entertainment center in central Indiana and four days before Governor Holcomb’s executive order.
We Cleaned And Repaired. During our closure we completed several deep cleaning projects, installed new carpeting, and performed some minor repairs.
We Installed Additional Hand Sanitizer Stations.
We Trained Our Employees. In conjunction with the Hamilton County Health Department, we conducted training for all of our employees to review existing procedures and to learn new procedures.
Limit Laser Tag To 50% Capacity. Only one laser tag session per hour instead of two.
Clean Laser Tag Vests Between Sessions.
Brief In The Lobby. Instructional video for laser tag will be viewed in the lobby.
Periodically Clean Of Arcade Games.
Limit One Party Starting Per Hour.
Reduce Contact During Payments. A cleanable plastic cover is installed over the keypad of the credit card terminals for entering your PIN for debit card transactions.
Screen Employees At The Start Of Every Shift.
Employees Wear Face Shields.
What We Have Always Done
Continuing Previous Procedures
These safety & cleaning rules have existed since Laser Flash first opened and must be observed by everyone. These rules appear in the safety video which all players are required to watch prior to player laser tag.
1. Walk at all times.
2. Do not climb on obstacles.
3. Do not lie down.
4. Remain 5 feet away when tagging opposing players.
5. Do not chew gum.
6. No vulgar language.
7. Obey your referee.
Each person, both guests and employees, have the primary responsibility for their own safety and health.
Accidents in the laser tag arena can be minimized if all players follow the posted safety rules.
Marshals patrol the arena in an attempt to enforce safety rules. However, they are not a substitute for individuals exercising appropriate behavior.
Illness can be minimized if all guests and employees adhere to good personal hygiene practices and stay home when they do not feel well. However, no amount of prevention can guarantee an absence of illness.
