Laser Flash is in the business of providing no hassle parties for our guests and we try to provide excellent service to all of our guests whether you are here for a party or to play laser tag without a party reservation. We respectfully request that guests do not bring in outside food or drink of any kind.

Why do you forbid outside food?

The primary reason for our policy is to avoid disappointment for you and to avoid confrontation between our guests. Laser Flash does have a limited number of tables for reserved parties. It is very common for all of these tables to be in use, particularly on a busy weekend. During our non-peak times we sometimes close to the public for private events.

If you plan a party, invite guests, but fail to make a party reservation with Laser Flash, you might arrive at a time when there are no tables or when we are closed to the public. Even if you have a reservation to play laser tag it is very likely that all of the tables will be in use. Out of respect for our customers who make a party reservation and pay a deposit, we must give priority for using a table to those customers.

Figuring out a seating arrangement on a day when we have 20 or more parties ranging in size from 8 to 30 people is kind of like doing a jigsaw puzzle. It is critical that Laser Flash be in charge of scheduling the seating on our tables to avoid possible confrontations between customers. If you do not have a party reservation but would like to sit and maybe order some food from our in-house Noble Roman's, just check with the manager on duty. If the seating schedule shows an open table we will be happy for you to use it. The manager can tell you when the table needs to be cleaned for the next scheduled party.

In addition to avoiding the disappointment of having no place to sit for an unscheduled party, please remember that Laser Flash is a business. You probably would not go into a restaurant with your own cake and drinks and ask to use one of their tables. In order for Laser Flash to stay in business, we deserve payment for the services we provide and for our limited facilities. We do sell food and drink at Laser Flash. The prices of our food and drink is comparable to all other Noble Roman's restaurants. We do not gouge our guests with high food prices like you might find at a movie theater. If you wish to have something to eat or drink while at Laser Flash, please purchase those items from our Noble Roman's restaurant.

If there are plenty of open tables, why can't I bring in a cake?

We do not want to set a precedent and establish an expectation that unscheduled parties may be held at Laser Flash. This could easily grow into chaos, disappointment, and confrontation.

During our first year of operation we allowed customers to bring in their own cake and have a party without a reservation. This resulted in angry and screaming customers when they arrived and found no place to sit. We were forced to discontinue that practice.

It looks like some guests are allowed to bring in their own cake. What gives?

If you have a party and table reservation you have the option of ordering a cake through Laser Flash or to bring in your own cake. Cake is the only outside food allowed and only when you have a party reservation. Please discuss this option with the manager at the time you make your reservation.

What about a severe food allergy?

If you have a party reservation, please discuss your food allergies with the manager at the time you make your reservation. We always try to accommodate when you ask in advance. Last minute requests on a busy day full of parties might be a little overwhelming for the manager on duty. Please allow us to plan ahead with you.

Important Things to Know:

• Laser tag is suitable for ages 7 and up. Young children will be not be allowed to play laser tag.
• You must purchase a session of laser tag to enter the arena. If a child needs a parent to accompany them, then that child is too young to play laser tag.
• Shoes, socks, and shirts are required to play laser tag.
• Theatrical fog and strobe lights are in use in the laser tag arena.
• We gladly accept reservations for any size group.
