The Hassle Free Party sequence:

• Arrive at the scheduled starting time
• Introduced to your party coach
• Your party coach will show you to your table
• Your party coach will assist guests with signing in for laser tag
• At 20 minutes after the hour your party will enter the game portal to prepare to play laser tag
• At the end of the first hour your party will exit the laser tag arena and return to your table
• Your party coach will serve cake and/or pizza
• Your party coach will distribute score sheets from the laser tag session
• Some parties will open presents
• Your party coach will distribute arcade tokens
• Play arcade games and redeem tickets for prizes
• At 10 minutes before the end of the second hour your party coach will clean your table and prepare it for the next party
• Pay the balance for your party
• Your party coach will help carry items to your car - don't forget your left over pizza and cake

Important Things to Know:

• Laser tag is suitable for ages 7 and up. We do not do parties for children younger than 7. Young children will be not be allowed to play laser tag.
• You must purchase a session of laser tag to enter the arena. If a child needs a parent to accompany them, then that child is too young to play laser tag.
• We want everyone to have fun, but not at someone else's expense. Your group cannot expect to all be on the same team as this may unbalance the teams and be unfair to other customers. Besides, it's more fun to tag your friends.
• Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. However, there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate a party request on short notice.
• Shoes, socks, and shirts are required to play laser tag.
• Theatrical fog and strobe lights are in use in the laser tag arena.
• The Hassle Free Party package requires a minimum of 8 players
• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. Party times cannot be saved without a deposit.
• It is best to make your reservations for the maximum number of players that you plan to inivite including the guest of honor. It is usually impossible to increase the number of players at the last minute. Almost every week one of our customers will tell us, "This is the first party where I had 100% acceptance." If you invite more people than you reserved for you may very well end up with guests who are not allowed to play because we are full.
• Call with your final player count 48-hours before your party. It is easier to lower your numbers than to increase them.
• Seating is available for the players only. Seating for non-players might not be available.
• Members of the party will be split up among several different teams during the games of laser tag. There is more interaction between players on opposing teams than between players on the same team.
• Arrive at your scheduled time. There is no need to arrive early for your Hassle Free Party. Please ask your guests to be punctual in their arrival.
• Guest who arrive late might not be able to play all of the Games of laser tag.
• Decorations may not be affixed to the walls. Confetti, Party String®, and food fights are forbidden. A cleaning fee may be assessed for purposely making a big mess.
• All parties start on the hour.
• Available starting times during the school year are:

  Monday - Thursday	1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  Friday	1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  Saturday	11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  Sunday	Noon - 5:00 p.m.

• Available starting times during the summer are:

  Monday - Wednesday	11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  Thursday	not available
  Friday & Saturday	11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  Sunday	Noon - 5:00 p.m.

• No outside food or beverage is permitted without a party reservation.

Price:  $18.00 per player, minimum of 8 players.

Week Day Special:

Your 2^nd SESSION of Laser Flash is FREE when you reserve your Hassle Free Party for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Not valid during June, July, or August or on national holidays.

Instructions for printing invitations:

• Double click on the "Party invitations" link above to view the PDF version of the invitation. You must have Adobe Reader® or other suitable PDF viewing software.
• Fill in the blanks using Adobe Reader®.
• Print as many copies as you wish.
• Fold each sheet into quarters - directions are printed on each invitation.
• Hand out the invitations. If you wish to mail the invitations, use a standard invitation envelope (4-3/8" × 5¾") available at most office supply stores.
